LMVSC parents, players, and coaches gathered to participate in the Lee District Park's Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held September 30, 2009.   LMVSC was honored that Chairman Sharon Bulova, Lee District Supervisor Jeff McKay, Lee District Representative to the Fairfax County Park Authority, Ed Batton, Area III Director, Joe Neilson and several others expressed how pleased they felt that Lee District was celebrating the opening of another beautiful "turf" field in Fairfax County.  Supervisor McKay shared his fond memories of when he played soccer in the LMVSC.  It was a heart warming celebration for the athletic community.
